1 original Everyday wrap
3oz shredded chicken breast
1 tsp Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Feta cheese (dairy or non-dairy)
Spray pan with cooking oil. Heat an Everyday wrap in the pan on medium-high heat and flip once or twice until the edges begin to brown and the wrap becomes crispy. Mix lemon juice, salt pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning into your shredded chicken. Squeeze half of a lemon and 1 teaspoon of olive oil onto kale and mix thoroughly. Layer the tostada with chicken, kale, chopped onion, tomato and top with dairy or non-dairy feta cheese.
