Spinach Everyday Wraps
1 tbsp Non-dairy chive and onion cream cheese spread
Spinach and arugula mix
Heat one spinach wrap in the microwave for ten seconds. Spread 1 tbsp of non-dairy chive and onion cream cheese evenly on the wrap. Then, top with, in order, red pepper slices, matchstick carrots, yellow pepper slices, spinach and arugula mix and finely chopped purple cabbage. Roll the wrap carefully and slice in half to enjoy your beautiful rainbow veggie wrap!
