Makes 8 taquitos
1/2 yellow onion
1/2 cup shredded chicken
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 cup full fat coconut milk or culinary coconut milk
1/4 cup Shredded cheese or vegan alternative (optional)
Sauté 1/2 onion until translucent
Add 1/2 cup shredded chicken to onion
Add salt, tumeric, cumin, garlic powder to taste
Add 1/4 cup so delicious culinary coconut milk
Stir until well combined and heated.
Warm wraps slightly until easily foldable
Spoon small mixture in center of wrap and roll tightly
Fry lightly on grill pan with avocado oil on both sides until browned.
Dip in ranch or guac!
